Bad, bad design all around. There are literally hundreds of knives better than this crappy little thing that could slip right through your fingers and palm in real use! Who cares if it's snappy when it's hard to close, doesn't lock up consistently and will eventually slice you up. Get a Bugout or cheap Kershaw Iridium that opens AND CLOSES just as effortlessly without the "automatic" bs price. Sick of people kissing up to their purchase. It's worth $20.

I have a 2008 aerospace titanium which is great. I wear it daily and service the watch every 4 years. I love it.

They have been making this watch for over 25 years. It may have been ok years ago, but it has one major defect - the digital display is barely readable. They should have fixed defect this years ago. I'd be embarrassed to tell people I'd pay thousands of dollars for a watch that I could barely read the digital display.....

I used to have a few of these at different times. Original is the best. I paid 1000 to get one back from 2008. Many knives I used to own are worth substantially more today. Hurts some but at least I got this back and a few others.

Problem with this PAM is that it has a Piaget based movement that usually goes in their dress watches. Beautiful architecture and finish but not really the rugged and robust type of movement you would expect in a watch with a DNA suitable for diving or other sport activities. There are better movements in the Panerai catalogue that fit the bill for what the brand really represents imo. If you want to use this PAM 512 as a dress piece, it is totally acceptable though.

I am wearing my Seiko 6306-7001 as I type this, specifically looking into Aerospace EVO. I nearly jumped out of my chair when you flashed your 6309. Just insanity.. I've also own 4 variants of Aerospace over the years. I suppose 5 since I've just ordered this model. My favorite and one which I deeply regret letting go was the E65062 in grey dial with H-link bracelet. It had a cool and dark grey dial that one has to see in person, it's one of the most beautiful execution of Breitling watch.

A bargain for all of the technology and a case/bracelet that is such high quality. I have one with the carbon fiber dial. Very underrated. Longines stopped production in 2022 … grab one now! Great bargains out there. Can’t beat this watch.

Thanks for the review. Do wish that the movement was, in fact, "Bulletproof". Managed to break my hour wheel and in for service it goes. Do like the watch but am considering a Tudor BB 58 to replace it. Time will tell...

Imagine how much brighter it would’ve been had they used real glass for the lens and bothered to AR coat it. Probably loses a third of its light into that plastic lens.
